TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
These terms and conditions of purchase are an agreement between you and Somak Distribution, a division of Silhouet-tone Corporation (Somak Distribution). The following terms and conditions govern all orders and purchases that you make on websites owned by Somak Distribution (the Sites).
Acceptance of your Order
Only residents of Canada over the age of majority in their province may place an order on these Sites and only orders destined for Canada will be shipped.
Your order will be officially recognized when you receive an email confirming receipt. All invoicing will be in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right to refuse any non-conforming order or to correct it for any reason. Quantities may be limited for promotional or on- sale items.
Payment method
You can pay for your purchases online by Visa or Master Card. By submitting your card number you authorize Somak Distribution to charge the amount applicable to your purchases and thereby guarantee the payment and the card ownership. If your card is rejected or the payment refused, the order will be automatically canceled.
Protection of private data
Somak Distribution does not sell the data collected on its sites. This data is used only to improve the efficiency of its sites, products and correspondence with you. By accepting these terms of purchase, you consent to this collection of information.
Errors
If we find an error in either the price, description, or specification of a product, we will correct the sites. In the case of an order, we may correct or cancel the order. You will be notified of any price increase or shipping costs and will then decide whether to maintain your order.

Products and services purchased on these sites are sold “as is” and “without guarantee of availability”. Somak Distribution and its suppliers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred directly or indirectly related to the purchase of products or services from these sites, including but not limited to loss of data. The terms of this agreement are governed by the laws of Quebec.
