The advice of an aesthetician will bring you visible results and save you time and money.
In order to guarantee the quality and origin of the product, we invite you to always buy your products, either on our official website or on the sites of our spa-partners, who are mentioned in our listing. Any other source may be the source of counterfeit, expired content or questionable storage and therefore the effectiveness of the product might be impaired.
Order Placement:
Your orders will be processed Monday through Friday between 9am and 4:30 pm EST. with the exception of public holidays. Only orders destined in Canada and placed by individuals who have reached legal majority in their province will be honored.
Deliveries
Please note that only purchases intended for Canada will be considered. The following grid is a guideline, they may vary depending on the distances and delivery options to the final destination.

Correct an Error
Please notify us immediately of an address or contact error made when placing your order. If your order is still being processed, we will do our very best to rectify it. If, however, your order has already been shipped, re-shipment costs will be at your expense.
Cancel an order
You may cancel an order within an hour of placing it.
If the delays were longer, please return it to us intact, unopened, and in its original packaging once it is received at destination. In this event, the return costs will be at your expense.
Product Out of Stock
In the event of a stock shortage during the processing of your order, the amount will be refunded to your card within 3 to 5 working days. If, as a result, your order falls below the thresholds of $ 100 (hence it would no longer qualify for free delivery), your package will still be shipped free of charge, unless you have requested express delivery.
Provincial taxes
The provincial taxes applied will be those of the destination. Please note that in some provinces, taxes also apply to handling and shipping costs.
Return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase:
If you change your mind, you have 20 days to return an unused product, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
- Only purchases made directly on our websites may be eligible for return. Any purchase made in a spa or on a spa’s ecommerce website will be in accordance with their policies. Conversely, products purchased on our website cannot be returned in a spa.
- Only products at regular price can be returned.
Products damaged during delivery
- If the shipping box is visibly damaged, ask the delivery person to open the box in front of you.
- If the product is damaged, please refuse it and take a photo. The carrier must take it back and return it to us and give you a return number. If product is damaged please report immediately at:

- Please always open your packages within 3 days of delivery to check the condition of your products. Please report any shipping damage within 3 days of delivery.
Order Error
In the event of an error on our part in your order, please report it immediately, but within 3 days of delivery at the latest. Please specify the number of your order, the
name and code of the product received and the ones ordered… Contact …………… ..

Return Procedure
- Please complete the return slip attached to your order and place it in your return package. ….example
- Please send the return package to the address indicated on the return slip.
- Please send your return via Canada Post, well protected in its original packaging or in a box or padded envelope to protect the contents.
- Products returned damaged will not be refunded.
- You are required to track your package so that it arrives at its destination within 20 days of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds will be made to your card within 5-10 business days after receiving your return.
To be considered, your return must include:
- Product returned unopened, in perfect condition, in its original packaging
- Receipt of the returned product(s) within 20 days of purchase***
- The order number
- Your name, shipping address, telephone and email address
- The reason for your return
- Acceptance of your return request will be confirmed by email.
*** No return will be accepted if it exceeds 20 days from the product invoice date or if the product arrives at our offices damaged. All return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Please note that we monitor excessive returns, if so, you will be informed by email that returns will no longer be authorized.
